1. Product Brief:
intelligent vehicle speed limiter CA100A-2G is an independent
R&D patent product. It is a vehicle terminal equipment which
integrates cloud computing, cloud services, local maps and other
technologies to realize precise intelligent vehicle speed control.
It combines the Internet, the platform server, the vehicle terminal
system perfectly, to reduce the accident rate by the flexible speed
limit mode , and provides a nice use experience for the drivers.
The product send the vehicle speed and position information to the
platform server by GPS. The platform will make comprehensive
operating and send the speed limiting order to the product
according to the local map data base. The product will execute this
order to realize this function.
The product adopts ARM intelligent chip, speed control precision is
very high , and the performance is reliable. It will not affect the
big throttle start nor the power torque, stable and reliable; Only
limit the maximum speed, the vehicle will not stall during speed
limiting, and ensure the the throttle pedal free movement in the
right speed range.
CA100A-2G reserves a wealth of interface, can work together with a
variety of external equipment, with high compatibility and
performance.

can control the vehicle highest speed as 50Km/h from 2.00-5:00, and
80Km/h for the other time period as your order. |
| Differentiate Vehicle Type Intelligent Speed Limiting | Limit the highest vehicle speed according to different vehicle
type. Such as: for high speed compact car ,limit within 120Km/h; for
large vehicle, limit within 100Km/h; for dangerous goods
transporter, limit within 60Km/h. |

means your platform must have a database contains the speed limit
value of each road ,if not , we can only supply the fixed highest
speed limiter for you, it means that we can only set one or two
high speed limit vale in this product. |

Speed Limiter
- The speed limiter function or the speed limiter device shall allow
normal accelerator control for the purpose of gear changing;
- he speed limiter function shall be obtained once the vehicle speed
reaches the set maximum speed regardless of the position action on
the accelerator a driver may apply;
- The actuation force of the controls should not have a detrimental
effect on the driver's efficiency or impose fatigue on the driver;
- When the vehicle, running at its set speed and with the driver's
accelerator at its position of maximum travel, is subject to an
accelerating force due to a down gradient,the limiter shall control
speed by restricting the engine power to the limiter's minimum
engine power control setting; - The device should provide functional check facility by which the
set speed and functioning can be checked by the field and other
concerned authorities;
- The input speed signal shall be obtained from global navigating
system (GNS) or speedometer vehicle speed signal or a converted
speed signal from vehicle gearbox or from other separately
installed sensor as deemed appropriate.

- The road speed limiting device shall have in built features that
allow functionality checks and shall have special inspection
devices for this purpose to facilitate the checking when the
vehicle is not in motion ;
- The speed limiter function shall be independent of the condition or
soundness of the speedometer ;
